well i finally got changed to a new area! its way way far away from where i was. in the state of zacatecas. which is like 2 states from where i was in Torreon, Coahuila. its way nice here. in torreon it was like 100 degrees usually. but here its like 70 at the MOST! so thats way nice. my area is pretty small. but way cool. im in a little pueblo called Ojocaliente, which in english means hot eye. but its not hot here at all.
but also im in a companionship of three. Elder Pedrasa who leaves in 10 days to finish his mission. and Elder Smith who is from the U.S. im pretty excited to see what happens this change. from what Elder Pedrasa told me, we have 4 babtisms in line. so im way excited for that and to see what happens!
anyways. i ended my time in Colon y Polvorera (my old area) with one investigator. so well see if he gets babtised or not. but other than that im still working for my first babtism. but im way excited to see what comes out this change. i do really miss the people in my old area though. i guess something ive learned from just that change, is that i have really grown to love people, like i look at everyone now as family, and that i want them to have a successful life, and i really feel a huge change in that aspect. i really love the people in Colon y Polvorera, and im really gonna miss them. i feel really good about this area though. and the energy is just a lot better here because its not so dangerous. it seems like the people a just a lot more peaceful cuz its a lot less dangerous here.
also our house is sweet. its above a members house. but its pretty big and we are pretty much living across from the church so well probably shower there and what not. im pretty excited about that. but ya im way stoked for this change. and am looking forward to telling you all about the success here.
anyways i gotta go. but i am going to have my sister put photos up on facebook and what not so be looking for those. love you guys and i hope your all doing well youre all in my prayers! love you!!
love
Elder Day
